Miskatonic's in Arkham. But the fish-people aren't. They're in Innsmouth. I was a bad pedant and had that part wrong.

Ah, yes. Actually, the journalist IS in Innsmouth -- he says as much in the final entry. I fudged a bit and had him refer to it as "a suburb of Arkham" at one point, but as Lovecraft never specifically pinned down the location of Innsmouth I figured I could get away with it.
