There’s been a lot of talk about Kerry’s possible VP choices. But here’s a new one from the source himself.

“I have four words for you that I know will relieve you greatly,” Kerry told the fund-raiser. “How does this sound ? Vice President Hunter Thompson.”

I would vote for that ticket in a heartbeat. I would clone myself by November and send those clones to live in other states just to vote for that ticket in those states.

That would, I think, make Hunter the first non-100% Caucasian to hold the office (he's a quarter Korean). That'd also be an important milestone. And they could do away with the supposed cruise missiles on the roof of the White House; just stick Doc up there with his shotgun and take a load off.
